THE hub; NDC's community resource centre won first place in the Regeneration Category of the British Construction Industry Awards, and was awarded runner-up in the Prime Minister's Better Public Building Award.
THE hub is currently housing events and other resources such as

- Norman Pirie Community Hall

- The Children’s Society
