Take the District Line towards Upminster or Hammersmith & City Line towards Barking or District Line towards Barking or Hammersmith & City Line towards Plaistow.

On exiting the Plaistow station turn right and walk down the steps leading to the Car Park the NDC Office is located at the end of the Car Park.

Change at West Ham Station take the District Line to or the Hammersmith & City line to Plaistow on exiting the station turn right and walk down the steps leading to the Car Park the NDC Office is located at the end of the Car Park.

Docklands Light Railway: DLR at Canning Town Bow Church, Tower Gateway or Bank

Calling at: Bank, Beckton and Canning Town

Bow Church, Tower Gateway or Bank change on to the District Line and get off at Plaistow Station, or take the Jubilee from Canning Town to West Ham change onto the District line or Hammersmith Line to Plaistow

Get of at West Ham and take the District Line towards Upminster or Hammersmith & City Line towards Barking or District Line towards Barking or Hammersmith & City Line towards Plaistow.
